To Taxation Authorities
The following documents must be filed with the taxation authorities responsible for the area where the head office of your corporation in Japan is located
This application is to be filed within 3 months from the incorporation and on or prior to the last day of the financial year in which the date of incorporation falls.
To the Office of the Local and Prefectural Government in Charge of Tax Matters
Notification of the Incorporation of a Company or Report for the Commencement of Business must be filed within 15 days (if your company is located in Tokyo) or 1 month (if your company is located in other than Tokyo).
To the respective authorities if your business requires license or registration

To the Labor Standards Inspection Office
When a company employs an employee, such employee is automatically put under the labor insurance. The following documents must be filed to the Labor Standards Inspection Office within 10 days from the date of employment.
To Public Employment Security Office
When a company employs one or more employee, an employer must file the following documents to the local public employment security office and complete the necessary employment insurance procedures within 10 days from the date of employment
To Social Insurance Office
Companies covered by social insurance must file the following documents and complete the necessary procedures at their local social insurance office to enroll in the health insurance and employees’ pension insurance plans.
