Kentaro Fujii, an immigration lawyer, has extensive experience in employment-based immigration, including filing Investor/Business Manager visa with incorporation of business. Many of the employment based petitions he has filed involved complex business immigration issues such as corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has represented major international corporations and handled all aspects of their business immigration cases.
